Elisabetta Moisello

Elisabetta Moisello was born in Pavia, Italy, in 1993. In 2015 and 2017, respectively, she received the Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering and computer science and the Master’s degree (summa cum laude) in electronic engineering from the University of Pavia. In 2017 she joined the Integrated MicroSystems and Sensors (IMS²) laboratory at the University of Pavia as a Ph.D. candidate. In 2020 she received the Ph.D. in microelectronics from the University of Pavia. From 2020 to 2025 she has been a postdoctoral research fellow and contract professor at the same institution. Since late 2025 she is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pavia.
Her research topics include analog circuits (e.g. voltage references, level detectors, amplifiers), sensor interface circuits (for contactless thermal detectors, smart temperature sensors, IR imagers, CMUT devices, biomedical sensors, audio band applications), integrated power management for energy harvesting systems, switching dc-dc converters, wireless power transfer, data converters and LED drivers. She has authored or co-authored more than 35 international scientific publications, including 16 journal papers.

She has been part of the Organizing Committee of the PRIME Conference and has served on the Technical Program Committees of several International Conferences (PRIME, ICECS, NEWCAS and MWSCAS). She served as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems Part II: Express Briefs (TCAS-II) (2024-2025 term) and is an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems Part I: Regular Papers (TCAS-I).

She served as appointed Young Professional Representative on the IEEE CASS (Circuits and System Society) Board of Governors in 2024. She is an IEEE, Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society and Solid- State Circuit Society (SSCS) member.
